I own a Honda City – KA 05 MP 9164 and I would like to congratulate you and your team for the excellent service that you had provided. To give you a background i had given by car for service and had also asked to rectify the squeaking sound in the dashboard. Since the car was picked up by your driver and i only explained the complaint by phone i was not able to properly explain the problem to the Service person.

After i got the car back, again the noise started after a few days and is was then i got a follow up call from your relationship team. I informed them that the service was good except the noise in the dashboard still persists for which the lady asked me to come to the service center anytime to get it repaired. but what surprised me is that she called me back after a few days to confirm my appointment and i had booked a slot. i could not make it on that day and your team again followed up to book another slot.

Eventually last Sunday it was rectified and the car was dropped and to top it all I was not charged!!!

I truly appreciate the follow up mechanism to ensure a casual comment is taken seriously and the dedication with which your CRM and Service team work in “delighting’ the customer.
