I got my Honda city delivered today. It was an absolute delightful purchasing experience from Magnum Honda, Mekhri circle branch. The team is absolute professional and customer centric. The team created a whatsapp group with all stakeholders to address any queries at any moment. Well that was the first time I have ever seen such proactiveness from any vendor. Special thanks to Kiran who is the salesperson, helped me throughout the process and got the car delivered within 15 days of booking date while other Honda showrooms were asking us to wait for 4-5 months minimum. Rating – 10/10

I have a Honda Amaze purchased from Magnum Honda 7 years ago. I have been rendered wonderful service by Mr. Thomas & Team at the Service Centre at Yeshwantpur. The entire team has been outstanding in rendering Customer Service. Mr. Shashi Kumar, Mr Venugopal, the lady at the reception just to mention a few names are very customer friendly.

2. The quality of servicing of the vehicle and advise given by the team is by far the best I have seen. I have done close to 50000 kms and never had any occasion of the vehicle stopping midway to seek help. That speaks volumes about the quality of servicing of the vehicle. If I choose another vehicle in the near future, it will be a HONDA.

3. My deep sense of appreciation and gratitude to the Team & Management for the excellent customer service. Please continue to do the same to bring more smiles😊.
